RAY TWP. — The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office, Michigan State Police, and SWAT responded to a shooting on North Avenue between 28 and 29 Mile Road in Ray Township Tuesday night.
Police were able to take a male into custody shortly after the scene unfolded.
A female has been pronounced deceased with gunshot wounds, and another male has been transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound. Unknown condition.
The scene remains under investigation.
