Pedestrian hit, killed by train in Fraser

 


FRASER — Fraser Department of Public Safety is investigating a horrific and tragic crash that occurred on Thursday, shutting down numerous intersections.


It happened shortly before 7:30pm, when police received a call of a train that struck a pedestrian at 13 Mile Road and Kendall Avenue.


First responders arrived and pronounced a male, estimated to be in his 40s, deceased at the scene.


At least four intersections are closed along the railroad tracks as the train is stopped while the investigation continues.
