No victims reported after gunfire erupts in Warren

WARREN — An investigation is underway after a targeted shooting last night in Warren left a house riddled with bullets, luckily injuring nobody.

It happened around 10:30 p.m. on Monday night, near Cyman Avenue and Elza Street when officers responded to a 911 call of a shooting.

Officers gathered surveillance footage showing a possible crossover SUV parking near the home that was targeted before two 'young' males wearing black clothing got out and began making their way towards the victims house.

Both of the males then began firing handguns at the house before running back to the vehicle and fleeing the scene. Another unknown suspect remained in the vehicle as the getaway driver.

It’s unclear Tuesday morning if officers have been able to identify or apprehend any of the suspects, and the investigation remains ongoing.

Anybody with information on the incident can call  the Warren Police Criminal Investigation Division at 586-574-4810.
