CHESTERFIELD TWP — L'Anse Creuse Middle School East has closed its building on Monday after a threat directed at the school surfaced.
The school says that they were contacted by Chesterfield Township Police early this morning about the threat.
The closure is “due to an abundance of caution and to give time to investigate,” the school said in a letter to parents.
Further details regarding the threat are unknown.
