HARRISON TWP — One person was wounded after being stabbed during a domestic dispute in Harrison Township last week.
The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to Prentiss Pointe Apartments around 4:40pm on March 6 for a domestic violence incident.
Deputies arrived and located a 36-year-old female Harrison Township resident in the kitchen with a stab wound to the chest.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
34-year-old Sabrina Finnemore, of Harrison Township, was arrested at the scene and is the accused attacker.
Finnemore told deputies that she engaged in a verbal altercation with the victim, remembered grabbing a knife, but didn’t recollect stabbing the victim.
Finnemore was arraigned on charges of assault with intent to murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, and domestic violence. She is currently being held on a $100,000 cash/surety bond.
