STERLING HEIGHTS — Sterling Heights Police are investigating after a dead body was found near a dumpster on Friday.
The discovery was made by an employee at Discount Tire, on 16 Mile Road near Van Dyke Avenue, just before 5:00pm.
The employee told police that he was by a dumpster behind the business when he discovered the male body. Officers arrived at the scene and confirmed that a male was deceased.
Further information surrounding the death, or how the body got there, was not immediately available.
