Chippewa Valley High School, Ninth Grade Center closed on Tuesday; Threat investigation continues

 


CLINTON TWP — Following the cancellation of classes prior to first hour on Monday, Chippewa Valley Schools has made the call to keep students out of Chippewa Valley High School and the Ninth Grade Center while the Clinton Township Police Department continues to investigate a threat that was phoned into a student early on Monday.


The Clinton Township Police Departments Criminal Investigation Division is still working on identifying the caller who made the threat with what police say is believed to be a burner phone.


The threat was then reported to OK2SAY Monday morning.


In a news release, school officials say that the high school, along with the ninth grade center, will be closed on Tuesday as a continued abundance of caution.
