WARREN — Warren Police responded to the Warren Woods Apartments on Tuesday night, shortly after 9:30pm, for a 911 call of a large fight ongoing.
Officers arrived at the scene and found a 22-year-old man on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound to his right arm, and another to his right leg.
The victim was transported to Royal Oak Beaumont in stable condition.
Three men and a woman fled the scene and barricaded inside of a residence near the shooting scene.
The Warren Police Special Response Team (SRT) responded to the scene, and around 12:30am Wednesday, all four individuals exited the home and surrendered.
Three men, aged at 19, 20, and 22 are being held on charges related to robbery and assault with intent to murder. A 19-year-old female is being held on a robbery charge.
