SAINT CLAIR SHORES — All westbound lanes of I-94 near Stephens were closed for just over five hours on Thursday.
The closure started around 5:15pm, and ended around 10:30pm, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
The closure came after a single-vehicle accident occurred, in which the pickup truck involved went up the embankment and hit a tree.
The pickup truck was severely damaged.
The amount of occupants in the vehicle, as well as the conditions of the occupant(s) hasn’t been released.
Saint Clair Shores Police is handling the investigation.
