Warren Police responded to the area of 8 Mile and Schoenherr Thursday night for a carjacking report.
Officers located the vehicle in which the suspects were believed to be in. This vehicle fled from officers.
The pursuit entered Eastpointe where the suspect vehicle crashed at 9 Mile and Kelly, and then all four suspects ran on foot.
One suspect was caught immediately, the second was caught on Courtland Avenue, the third on Petersburg Avenue, and the fourth on Holbrook Avenue.
Michigan State Police Trooper 2, Warren Police, and Eastpointe Police were involved in this incident. Multiple K-9 units also assisted.
The incident remains under investigation and you can expect a large police presence in the area.
