The Chesterfield Township Police Department is actively searching for a parolee who is wanted by the Department of Corrections.
46-year-old Thomas Brandon Zeller is believed to be in the Chesterfield or New Baltimore area.
Zeller fatally stabbed another man in 1998 during an argument, and in 2005 he assaulted a prison guard, and in the years after he threatened to kill another prison guard.
While locked up, Zeller also attacked another prisoner.
He was convicted for all of his attacks while behind bars as well.
Zeller has received over 30 misconduct tickets while behind bars, including several in the past 5 years.
Zeller is described as a white male, partially gray hair, green eyes, 6 feet 5 inches tall and approximately 236 pounds.
