Shots fired turns into active barricaded gunman scene in Mount Clemens; Shelter in place

 

The suspect is in custody as of 7:50pm.

The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office is on scene to a barricaded gunman scene at SB Gratiot Avenue and Clinton Street in Mount Clemens. 

Multiple roadways in the area are closed and SWAT is on scene. 

MCSO reminds those in the area to hunker down and go to a basement while the incident is ongoing.
