WARREN — Early this morning, Warren Police responded to the area of Lorraine Avenue and Hupp Avenue for reports of gunfire.
Officers arrived on scene and located one victim with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg.
It’s unclear if any suspects are in police custody at this time.
Warren Police continue to investigate.
