DETROIT — Around 4:10am on Sunday morning, Detroit Police responded to an apartment complex at the 100 block of Riverfront Drive after a shooting occurred.
Detroit Police arrived on scene and confirmed a 14-year-old girl was accidentally fatally shot while with a group of teenagers.
One of the teenagers, a boy, had the gun and it accidentally went off.
The group of teenagers fled the scene.
Detroit Police are still investigating.
